Why do we need international law? People travel around the world using land, air space, sea, astronaut (Space station) for all sorts of reasons, including trade, games, holidays, etc., and must obey the law of that country and international laws that have been agreed upon by a lot of countries globally. International law originated after the first world war when the League of Nations (LON) was formed to prevent another world war but eventually, it failed to meet its obligations and finally collapsed. Mood Disorder

What is normal mood in one country or environment might be abnormal in another, hence when one have to abide by the laws of the country. In most cases mood change is temporary reacting to situation which could be sought out without or with minimum therapy.

This book is over 270 pages and is very educational especially for those people who do not have knowledge in mental health or neurological, physiology, psychology especially human behaviour and how it can be treated through various therapies.

The mood disorder is sometimes portrayed by both lower and higher animal (human) senses through what we perceive with our eyes, what we hear, what we feel, what we smell and what we taste. The central nervous system which includes the brain, the motor, and sensory nerves and the spinal cord plays a major part in the interpretation of our behaviour. I have included a very brief description and function of the different systems in the body and how they could affect the mood if there was any dysfunction, for example, the hormones. The environment plays a major part in the behaviour of our mood. A lot of people must take medication for depression and anxiety so as to have acceptable mood behaviour, others do not believe in medication due to the side effect.

Reason for writing this book

Due to my experience and qualifications in reading extensively and observing many people exhibiting different mood and behaviour, some patients, in my opinion, are wrongly diagnosed by doctors who make decisions on our physical, emotional, psychological and social behaviour. One of the things that have upset me is when I was a psychiatry nurse student in the 1970s. A doctor interrogated a 65-year-old man by asking him to tell the name of the queen, the prime minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Britain. The man failed to answer the questions correctly and was diagnosed with senile dementia. How many young or adult who have no interest in politics will know? Luckily I managed to have the diagnoses overturned.

People in the western world, especially in the United Kingdom, have many counsellors and therapists dealing with mental health behaviour problems than other countries, For instance, Ghana is about twice as big as Britain, yet Ghana has less than ten per cent of Britain’s psychiatric hospitals and only about one per cent of the population are able to privately seek psychiatry or counselling intervention. It appears that any negative commentary against any profession is met with some objections and sometimes supported by other professions. It is like brotherhood or referring to specialist opinion but my comments in this publication are based on my experience and qualifications as a trained psychiatric nurse, a general nurse, a counselling skill, BA(Hons)open Law and as a legal researcher, business, international corporate social responsibility(CSR) and human Right in Master of Laws (LLM) degree module (current university student). Sometimes I believe family or good friends can do better counselling than some therapist professional. This have been demonstrated in Asia, Africa, America and some European countries by elderly, family, parents, teachers, employers, friends of person with mood change. Having said that we must consider the culture, the legal aspect of each country hence the therapies I have mentioned in this publication might not benefit a lot of countries.

The One

THE ONE (Over 130 variety poems) Some of my poems are controversial since I have broken all the rules of writing poems.My research is that some modern people find the Shakespearean and Victorian languages difficult to understand or, should I say, too upper-class and hence a disinterest in poems.Some of my poems have short or long verses where some have no rhyme at all while others have some rhyming. I chose the lines and words that fit what I wish to convey. Some of my verses are humorous and odd but they express my feeling at different moods and situations. My poems are an expression of my feelings at one time inspired by the environment that I live in. The poems have been my reflection and apprehension (past, present, and future). In some cases, the poems have objective or subjective views. I tend to focus on the objects, and this involves me saying the things that come to mind. The content covers social, faith, commercial, and romantic, turbulent aspects. It is interesting to know that the meaning of words is very important in songs, theatre, films and in poems, and can be therapeutic, especially when one listens to artists from Africa, the Caribbean, America, and Europe. Messages are conveyed during special occasions such as birthdays and festivals and are sometimes expressed in a different form of poems. As a black British man originating from a very poor family in Africa and becoming one of the most successful international entrepreneurs, I have managed to have audiences of all nationalities with my books and poems and hope you enjoy it

Sweet and Sour Women is publication aim to highlight the different characteristic of women. My research conclude that there are more sweet and honest women than sour wicked, his honest women. Few women can change their personality easily depend on what they stand to gain or lose. Jealousy ,greed, selfishness, satisfy their addiction to drug and alcohol, attempt to be like somebody else plays major part for some women to act unacceptable behavior. i have not edited the letters received from the women and should all be an inverted comers. Although some of the languages such as the Arabic ect, I have included in the book.

This publication goes back from creation of first woman "Eve" and through her sourness and disobedience to God's commandment, all human had been deprived paradise life.

I have included some characteristic of women in the Holy book and philosophy books such as reported in the Bible, The Quran etc to support the title of the book. The book however conclude that it is better to live with an enemy who one knows his or her capabilities than hypocrite who is unpredictable like British weather. It is very important to consider all types of communication to understand what the woman is actually her intention. Example her body language might be different from the verbal communication which can reveals the hidden sourness.

Most of the actress, artist prime ministers, religious volunteer women appear to portray their sweetness to support their reputation as public figure. I have not had the opportunity to assess these famous women's private life. I Had over 1,800 love questions and letters from women in many countries seeking soul mate or partners, unfortunately I only replied less than 1%. I discovered there are more women than men in the world, possible due to the fact that men are killed in wars. I was surprised of how some women had been treated over the years in different countries include Britain whose recently abolished law "Rule of thumb" allowed women to be caned by their husband for disobedient. The book contain how women themselves regard themselves in society and family set up. Some countries still regard women as inferior to men and to date some countries terminate pregnancy if the baby is a male. I have included topic on FGM ( female genital manipulation which is barbaric procedure of female circumcision to stop them having sexual desire. At the end of the book are about twelve short plays /dialogue between man and woman.

I am afraid in recent years; marriage has been commercialised depend on financial muscle of the couple.
